How far ahead can I book?
We open slots up to 3 months ahead. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible — call us to check.
What happens after I send my request?
We’ll text or call within a few hours to confirm the details and send you a free quote. Once you’re happy, we lock in a day and time — you’ll get a reminder the day before.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — just call or text at least 24 hours before and we’ll move you to the next available slot with no charge.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Many clients give us gate or garage access. We’ll lock up and leave everything tidy.
What if the weather is bad?
Light rain is fine for most jobs. If conditions are unsafe we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
